NORTH END, Boston.- Two 15-year-old juveniles were arrested in North End on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, following reports of package thefts involving multiple residential deliveries.
The arrests occurred at approximately 5:28 p.m., after officers responded to a report of a larceny in progress near Prince Street and Snow Hill Street. While officers were en route, officers monitoring Boston Police camera feeds observed two males in the area matching a provided description. The individuals were seen opening packages and discarding empty boxes on the ground.
Responding officers were provided a description, direction of travel, and a still photograph of the suspects. Upon arrival, they located a group of juveniles at DeFilippo Playground, 135 Prince Street, matching the description. Bystanders at the scene identified members of the group as being involved in the thefts.
Both juveniles were taken into custody without incident.
In total, stolen property belonging to three victims was recovered, including clothing, a digital camera and battery charger, and assorted household goods.
The Boston Police Department confirmed the arrests. Both juveniles were charged with three counts of larceny from a building. They were released to their respective parents and are expected to be arraigned in Boston Juvenile Court at a later date.
