BOSTON, Mass.- A Randolph man has been sentenced to 10 years in federal prison after authorities seized more than a kilogram of cocaine, two loaded firearms and cash from a Dorchester apartment that prosecutors said was being used as a drug stash location.
According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Massachusetts, Giovany Fouyolle, 31, was sentenced June 2 in federal court in Boston. U.S. District Judge Brian E. Murphy also ordered Fouyolle to serve four years of supervised release following his prison term.
Federal prosecutors said Fouyolle used a unit at the Imprint Apartments in Dorchester to store narcotics and firearms. During the execution of search warrants on Dec. 17, 2025, investigators seized approximately 1,170 grams of cocaine, two loaded firearms and about $2,000 in cash from kitchen cabinets inside the apartment.
The searches were part of a broader investigation targeting the Brockton-based Harvard Street Gang and its Randolph-based affiliates. Fouyolle and co-defendant Adonis Graham were arrested following the coordinated enforcement operation at multiple residences and stash locations.
Fouyolle pleaded guilty on March 25, 2026, to possession with intent to distribute 500 grams or more of cocaine and possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime.
Graham pleaded guilty to possession with intent to distribute cocaine and is scheduled to be sentenced on July 2, 2026.
The investigation involved the FBI Boston Division, Massachusetts State Police and numerous federal, state and local law enforcement agencies. Assistant U.S. Attorneys David Cutshall and Philip A. Mallard of the Organized Crime & Gang Unit prosecuted the case.
