Federal authorities have charged seven members and associates of the Brockton-based Harvard Street Gang (HSG) and its Randolph affiliates with drug trafficking and gun offenses. The individuals face allegations of selling and possessing controlled substances and, in several cases, using firearms in connection with drug crimes.
The charges follow coordinated search warrant operations in Brockton, Randolph, Boston, Taunton, and surrounding communities, resulting in the seizure of 25 firearms, hundreds of rounds of ammunition, multiple kilograms of cocaine and fentanyl, over 50 pounds of marijuana, and more than $78,000 in cash. One search at the Brockton store “Banks & Brancos,” linked to Felipe Jonet-Branco, reportedly uncovered a hidden drawer containing eight firearms, large-capacity magazines, and controlled substances.
Those charged include Lue Andrade of West Bridgewater; London Cohen, Giovany Fouyolle, and Jose Mendes of Randolph; Kelby Correia and Keanu Fernandes of Brockton; and Adonis Graham of Boston. All are in federal or state custody.
The investigation into HSG began in 2019 and has already led to charges against more than 20 gang members and associates, with previous prosecutions resulting in prison sentences of 10 years or more, including one member sentenced to 32 years.
U.S. Attorney Leah B. Foley, FBI Boston Special Agent in Charge Ted E. Docks, and Massachusetts State Police Superintendent Colonel Geoffrey D. Noble announced the charges. Multiple local and federal agencies assisted in the investigation, which uncovered evidence of ongoing gang violence, drug sales, and gun trafficking in Brockton, Randolph, and surrounding areas.
Federal law allows up to 20 years in prison for drug trafficking charges and up to life in prison for possessing a firearm in connection with a drug crime.
