Missing teen Andrew Perez was found safe, according to the Boston Police Department on December 20 at 7:58 a.m.

Andrew Perez, 18, of Dorchester, was last seen around noon on Friday, December 13, 2024, near the UMass Boston Student Lodge by the Admissions Building at 100 Morrissey Boulevard.
Perez is described as an Asian Hispanic male, about 5’8” tall, weighing approximately 170 pounds, with brown eyes and curly, floppy hair. He was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt, black shoes, and black pants.
The Boston Police Department has shared that Perez has a history of suicidal ideations but has made no recent concerning statements.
