Families and children are invited to join in a joyful celebration as the Friends of Martin’s Park and the Boston Parks and Recreation Department host the fourth annual holiday lighting of the ship at Martin’s Park.
The park, located at 64 Sleeper Street (Boston, MA 02210) in the Seaport District and Fort Point neighborhood, will be transformed into a winter wonderland featuring over 1,500 feet of blue and white tube lights adorning the ship, beach fencing, and the pedestrian bridge.
The event will take place on Saturday, November 30, at 4 p.m. and promises a variety of holiday attractions. Santa will make a memorable arrival by boat, accompanied by the Boston Police Harbor Unit at the Harborwalk, while the a cappella group Ball In The House performs Christmas classics.
