The Dorchester Day Parade is a family-friendly event that attracts hundreds of attendees yearly, including neighbors, local officials, and notable personalities, all coming together to celebrate the Dorchester community.
Open to all and free of charge, this year’s festivities begin at 1:00 p.m. on June 2, 2024, with various groups starting their march from Lower Mills, specifically at the junction of Washington Street and Dorchester Avenue.
Spanning 3.2 miles along Dorchester Avenue, the parade concludes near the intersection of Columbia Road at Savin Hill.
