The fire affected the first and second floors of the building located on 2 Dever Street. The incident occurred Tuesday, November 15, 2023, around 2 a.m.
The fire agency mentioned that the “fire could have been a lot worse” due to a truck blocking the nearest fire hydrant, so companies were forced to use a hydrant from the adjacent street.
No injuries were reported, and damages are estimated at $250,000.
