Dorchester Baseball opens registration for the 2020 spring season

The Dorchester Baseball leagues recently announced that registration is open for the 2020 Spring season.

Boys and girls between 5 and 6 years-old can register online at the Dorchester Little League website until April 1st, and between 7 and 12 years-old until March 16th. Children between 12 and 16 years-old can register online until March 15th at the Dorchester Babe Ruth League website.

Teams will be determined after tryouts to be held in March.

With the motto “New league, new teams, new friendship, one Dorchester!,” Dorchester Little League and the Dorchester Babe Ruth were created on April 21st, 2018, after the merge of Savin Hill Little League & Cedar Grove Baseball.

Update on March 13th, 2020

Due to the coronavirus COVID-19 crisis, all Dorchester baseball activities are suspended until April 6th, 2020, when the organizers will reevaluate the situation. Registration will remain open until March 29th, 2020.
