Highlights from the 9th Annual “Brew at the Zoo” 2018.The Zoo New England will be hosting next weekend the 10th edition of their annual Brew at the Zoo Summer event, an evening where local breweries and restaurants will be offering the attendants a varied sample of their specialties, all the while enjoying the natural attractions the Park has to offer. Plenty of activities, among them the Wicked BIG Bugs exhibit —available this year only—, where visitors will encounter huge sized versions of very detailed tarantulas, ants and scorpions, among others.
Tickets for the Brew at the Zoo event are already on sale online, with a cost of $60 until August 16th, while the day at the event will cost $65. There’s also a VIP option that costs $100 and includes exclusive food and beer sampling from John Harvards in the VIP tent (from 5PM to 7PM), event t-shirt and more. Transportation to and from the event will be provided from the Forest Hills MBTA station and the Zoo.
The event will take place on Saturday, August 17th 2019 from 5PM to 9PM, and proceeds will go towards supporting the operation and continuing the growth of the Zoo New England, funding their operational costs and initiatives.
