Kurtis Rivers and Alain Pacowski.Greater Ashmont Main Street and their Mandorla Music Series is hosting next month what will be the last show of their 2018-2019 bimonthly Dot Jazz Series. Alto saxophonist Kurtis Rivers and guitarrist Alain Pacowski and their quartet will be together in this final presentation of the Series, both coming from years of playing their Sunday evening residency at Dorchester’s Ramsey/Toy VFW Post as well as their regular, individual presentations between Boston and New York, and accounting for decades of playing together since their first meeting at Wally’s in the South End.
The show will take place on Thursday, May 9th 2019 from 7PM, at the Peabody Hall of the Parish of All Saints (209 Ashmont Street, Dorchester MA 02124).
