Juan Perfetti conducted interview with Dorchester’s State Representative Evandro Carvalho

Fifth Suffolk’s District State Representative and Dorchester resident, Evandro Carvalho, sat down with editor Juan Perfetti for an interview to be featured on the Dorchester Post.

During the interview, Carvalho talked with Perfetti about his personal life as a Cape Verdean immigrant growing up in Dorchester, his career, family, and his duties as one of the neighborhood’s representatives at the State House.
